Mary Poppins Musical (Nov 16th – 24th)
The Peninsula Youth Theater is gearing up for another fantastic performance. This month it is a classic — Mary Poppins! Tip: there are two casts so check the cast list if you are hoping to catch a specific performer!

Friends of the Library Book Sale (Nov 2nd)

The Nutcracker
Another holiday favorite, the Nutcracker is back in town! I’ve heard that the Ballet America production of the Nutcracker on Dec. 7 and 8 at Cañada College is fantastic (thanks, Betsy!). And the SFBallet production is also a treat and personal favorite!

November: How to Know a Person: The Art of Seeing Others Deeply and Being Deeply Seen by David Brooks. If I could master half of what he suggests, I would be a much better parent (and person!)

December: Good Inside by Dr. Becky. Yes, this is a repeat but I needed to reread it for another book club and thought I would throw it out again to this group, as it really is that good inside.
