Summer Reading Program (Starting June 1st)
Every year the MV library has an amazing summer reading program where kids (and adults!) are rewarded for their reading. The program starts on June 1st and goes until the end of July. Also, there is a fun concert to kick off the program on Saturday June 3rd (2-4 pm), complete with frozen treats!

YMCA Summer Community Kickoff (Saturday, June 3rd)
The YMCA is hosting a big bash to kick off the summer. There will be a book and board game swap, kids arts and crafts, bounce house, face painting, shooting machine, coffee with the cops (and donut holes), kids games, bubbles and more!! It is free and open to the public on Saturday, June 3rd from 10:30 – 12:30.

KidStock (Saturday June 17th)
The city of Mountain View puts on a few fun kids concerts each summer! The next one is Lori & JR on Saturday, June 17th.

Concerts on the Plaza (Fridays June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th)
Another fun summer tradition, the city of Mountain View provides free live music on Friday afternoons throughout the summer. The first starts on June 2nd.

State Parks and Seeds at MV Library
In case you didn’t know, the library isn’t just for concerts, science lessons, and books! You can also check out State Park parking passes and also get free seeds on the second floor seed library!

Filoli Summer Nights
Filoli, one of our favorite local gardens, has outdoor concerts and special summer nights!

Free Shoreline Fourth of July Tickers
If you plan to attend the fireworks and symphony at Shoreline this 4th of July, remember to get your free tickets now (box office is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
